Notes for Form Builder
To get this to work correctly, please make sure that the below field's default value is the Salesforce Id of the Program for KUNA

Put that in the field below and the form will work for all sessions of KUNA 2024.

WHY ISN'T MY SCHOOL SHOWING UP!?

One thing need to be true for all of the school fields in this form, and an additional filter for nomination fields.

For all fields: They have to have a registration status of "Reg. Complete" in Salesforce. If they do not have that on their registration, their name will not show up.

For nomination fields: Not only do they have to have a registration status of "Reg. Complete" in Salesforce, but they also can't be the same as the Advisor's school. Now they can't nominate themselves!

As advisors, you have the opportunity to see our Assembly in action, and we ask that you help us identify outstanding ambassadors in the following award categories. While we appreciate as much feedback as possible, it is OK to leave a category blank! Please read the instructions at the top of each page on this form to ensure correct submission. Only one form should be submitted per school.  If you have any questions, please ask a Y-Staff member at the Y-Desk. Thank you for your nominations!

Outstanding Ambassador
Please nominate, in order of merit, two (2) students from your own delegation who deserve recognition. This is the only time you will be able to recognize someone from your own school for an award. Only one student will receive this award.

Outstanding Students

This page focuses on students NOT from your delegation that really shined. Please nominate the students you found to be outstanding speakers and doorkeepers.
Outstanding Speaker Nominations
This award is given to students who show strong public speaking skills and make clear, impressive speeches or ask outstanding, insightful questions during debate, while also behaving in a way that exemplifies the Y’s four core values. Please nominate up to six (6) Ambassadors (all roles), or Candidates for this award. This should not include Presiding Officers. 

We highly recommend using a resolution book to determine your nominee's name and school. No nominations from your own school will be accepted.

Outstanding Doorkeeper Nominations
Please nominate Doorkeepers who best perform their duties by being prompt, respectful, helpful, accurate, and effective. REMINDER: These are not Presiding Officers or Supporting Officers (i.e. no chair or clerk who runs the meeting from the microphone).

We highly recommend using a resolution book to determine your nominee's name and school. No nominations from your own school will be accepted.

Outstanding Country and Culture

Outstanding Country Sign
Please nominate the country that best represents their country's culture in the Parade of Nations with a student designed and assembled sign. Please consider if the sign was culturally relevant, creative, respectful and representative of the country, made by students, and within size guidelines. Nominations for your own country will not be accepted.

Awarded to countries that represent the culture and traditions of their country with a world expo display while meeting all requirements.
