Student Y Officer Election Form


Please use this form to submit your Student Y Officers for the 2024-25 school year.
Submitting your officers does NOT make them Student Y Members. They must register after July  as a Student Y Member for the upcoming school year. .

2024-25 Student Y Membership registration begins July 1, 2024.

We will be keeping in contact with your officers throughout the year, updating them on opportunities that might interest them, as well as training them in the fall to lead your chapters throughout the school year! 

All of the possible Student Y Officer positions are listed below. If your chapter does not fill a certain role, you may leave that option blank, as well, there is an opportunity to submit names of students that may take on additional roles that are not listed as "official" Student Y Chapter Officers (i.e if you have a treasurer).
