Registration & Application - Start

For FormBuilder - Notes from Dustin
I have devised a better method for interlocking separate forms.

Above, for "Please choose the Registration or Application you are interested in:", add in the choices per what you need. Then, go to Options. Under "Calculations" make sure it is set to a Variable and next to your choice enter the Form ID (this can be found on the main Forms List as well as in the URL, e.g. this link is: https://ymcayag.tfaforms.net/forms/builder/5.0.0/122 and the form ID is right there at the end - 122.

The Next Form ID field below, will get that ID and add it to the link, so the next page will be the correct form!

Note: Applications go to 4738098, International Stage Request goes to 89, and all others go to 4738032

We welcome you to review the list of available opportunities to join in KY YMCA programming. Please be sure to select the correct registration, if you have questions, email aly@kyymca.org.
